I think the set up around us being “story-making machines” and that so much of our human experience is due to the thoughts in our head (which can be changed), that objective truth potentially doesn’t exist or isn’t accessible, that there are different perspectives…all this has helped me unlock a different way of viewing some tough experiences from the past while viewing the present experience in a different light too.”
